Clients include small and mid sized industries, not for profit organizations and medical institutions.
Dr. Billings has over 40 years experience in management, and has published articles in several professional journals. He has extensive successful experience in roles ranging from Deputy Project Manager for the PERSHING II Project Office, to senior procurement analyst and Deputy PARC for a US Army Major Subordinate Command. He presented lecture Part 1 on Thursday, March 15th and Part 2 on Thursday, April 19th, 2007
Part 1 – Briefly discussed the basics of Risk Management with emphasis on: risk as a cause of action, determining quality of data in risk analysis, developing risk response, and re-evaluating the project after the risk event has passed. This seminar defined key RM terms and performed a mini case exercise.
Part 2 – Discussed stakeholder identification, and stakeholder risk tolerance. This seminar introduced another case exercise to teach the role of perception within risk analysis and the role of data in risk response planning.
