The next conference, INSUCON 2006 will be the tenth in the series and will be held over a three day period between the 24th and 26th of May 2006. The venue for this event will be the International Conference Centre (ICC), Birmingham, England.

The deadline for abstracts for the 10th Insucon Conference is 1st August 2006. Please send your synopsis of 100-300 words to jeremy.wheeler@freenet.co.uk. Your contribution should be related to electrical insulation and be preferably in one of the following areas:
Rotating machines
Power conversion equipment
Transformers
Switchgear
Overhead lines and cables
Protection devices and surge arresters
The technical scope of the conference is given in detail on our website at www.insucon.org together with information on the facilties at Birmingham, UK, where the event will be held. We shall let you know early in February if your synopsis has been accepted.
