Hello Everyone,
The Annual Meeting is coming up Tuesday, December 13 at 6:30pm. I would like to use this opportunity to congratulate our Senior Members that were elevated this year. Additionally, we will hold elections following a brief business meeting. The emphasis on the Annual Meeting has always been to have fun and meet the Section members.
The AES Chapter is holding a meeting on December 6th.
The Section approved funding for ongoing UAH Student Branch Robotics projects.

This is the end of the year for our Senior Member upgrade program and I would like to thank everyone who submitted for the elevation. I would also like to acknowledge everyone’s patience in the application process, as some applicants have seen significant delays. I recently received word that there are several Section applications pending confirmation by the review committee. Congratulations to all who received recognition this year. For those who meet the qualifications specified at http://www.ieee.org/organizations/rab/md/smrequirements.html who haven’t applied yet, we continue to encourage our members to pursue Senior Membership next year. Our Membership Committee is working with those in the queue already.
