Promote Heart Health Month — Wear Red on February 4th!

Did you know that heart disease is the #1 killer of women? On National Wear Red Day, Americans nationwide will wear red to show their support for women's heart disease awareness. This day provides an opportunity for everyone to unite in this life-saving awareness movement by showing off a favorite red dress, shirt, or tie. According to the American Heart Association, if you're a woman aged 40-60, it's important that you begin right away to lower your risk. That's because this is when your risk of heart disease starts to rise. Younger and older women also need to act now. Heart disease can begin early, even in the teen years.
