Hello Everyone,

Well the year is definitely winding down now. We're already into November, so this is the month of Thanksgiving and being thankful for all the things that we have. I plan on spending time with my family and eating a lot of sweet potato pie! :o) Hopefully, you all will take time out with your friends and families and reflect on everything you should be thankful for in life. Looking at the current war and events abroad, it is easy to see to bountiful blessings that we have here in our beloved USA.

This year, the IEEE Huntsville Section is indeed thankful for the blessings that flowed our way. We had two very successful conferences that finally paid off for us. The AutotestCon 2002 and the RadarCon 03 have given us much needed funding to put into our local budget. These funds were greatly needed to further our mission and goals in the technical realm.

If you want to be apart of our planning for 2004, then please come out and get involved. Our Annual Section Meeting will be held next month, and it is usually a fun-filled, social event. We look forward to seeing you there. Until then, have a safe and happy holiday season.
