Hello Everyone,

I hope you had a wonderfully safe and eventful Labor Day weekend. We had a cookout over at my relatives' house and of course you know there was much food, folks, and fun! They had spirits to drink as well, but I didn't have any. I'm usually the type of person that is already hyper, so I don't need anything to stimulate me. ;o) I did manage to eat way too much, so that means back to the gym for me in September!

We had a great Executive Board Meeting on September 3rd, 2003. One thing we all decided from this meeting is that we need YOU to come out and support our meetings and technical functions! We also have had a decrease in the number of speakers for our societies. If you know of any speakers or would like to speak yourself, please email me with the topic and contact information. I will forward the information to the appropriate technical society. If you know of any specific technical topics that you want us to schedule in our programs, then let me know that as well.

Remember, this is YOUR organization! We need the support of all of our members to be able to continue to successfully plan and implement quality programs.
