The AUTOTESTCON 2002 organizing committee just discovered that AUSA changed the date of their conference in Washington DC to the same date as our conference. The only close dates that the VBC had available was 10/14-17/2002. Check the conference website at http://www.autotestcon.com/2002/2002.htm for more information.
