The Executive Committee meets the first Wednesday of every month, from 11:15 AM to 12:45 PM, at the Picadilly Cafeteria in Madison Square Mall, formerly Morrison's. We meet in the room at the back of the restaurant, behind the smoking area (location subject to change).

The Huntsville Technology Expo and Conference Committee meets the last Wednesday of every month, at 5:00 PM, at the HATS office, Suite 110, 2003 Byrd Spring Rd SW.
