The Huntsville Association of Technical Societies (HATS) has reactivated their e-mailed list of meeting announcements. The list is sent out on or about the 1st and the 15th of the month. It will list all the meetings scheduled to be held during the next 60 days. It lists technical meetings and other events taking place in the Huntsville area, and major technical meetings throughout the US and the world. If you would like to keep abreast of these meetings, send an e-mail to james-w-anderson@ieee.org with the word subscribe for the subject.

If you want to have meetings or events included in the list, send the information to HATS at technical-meetings@hats.org in text format. The information should be submitted a week before the list is sent out to assure that the information is included. Make sure you provide the following information in this order:

Date of the event
Sponsoring organization name
Title of the event
Time
Location
Reservation requirements if applicable
Contact person for more information with phone number and / or e-mail address
