New Chair of joint Communication, Antennas and Propagation, and Microwave Theory and Techniques Society

I would like to welcome Dr. Hans Schantz to the Executive Board. Dr. Schantz is the Chair of our new joint Communication, Antennas and Propagation, and Microwave Theory and Techniques Society.
