The IEEE Student Branch at UAH is planning to host an SPAC (Student Professional Awareness Conference) in February, 2002. Possible topics to be addressed are Project Management/Professional Teamwork, Time Management, Self Marketing, Pros & Cons of grad school and professional exams, Professional Ethics, Home/Car Buying & Personal Money Management, and Entrepreneurship, Intellectual Property, Copyrights, and Patents. If you know of anyone who would be an interested, good speaker on any of these topics, or would like to speak on one of these topics yourself, please contact Ande Boyer, chairman IEEE-UAH at ieee@eb.uah.edu. The IEEE-UAH is also looking for sponsors for this event and welcomes anyone who would like to help out in any capacity they would like.
