Wayne L. Wolf has been working as an Electronics Engineer since 1991 with the U.S. Army Test, Measurement and Diagnostics Equipment Activity serving as a project leader within the Test Equipment Modernization (TEMOD) Product Office. He served as a General Engineer from 1987 to 1991 in the Target Systems Office and the Non-Line of Sight Project Management Office of the former U.S. Army Missile Command (now known as the U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command). Other work experience included four total years at Martin Marietta in Orlando, FL as a Manufacturing Test Engineer and General Electric in Huntsville, AL as a Design Test Engineer designing and developing semi-automatic and automatic test equipment including Test Program Sets. He earned his B.S.E. (Electrical Engineering) from the University of Alabama in Huntsville (UAH) in 1983. Social activities has included being a mentor in the Huntsville Alliance for Science Project at University Place from 1993 to 1994, merit badge counselor for the Boy Scouts of America since 1992, and as the Co-Coordinator/Editor of the Triana Village Community Watch since late summer 2000. He has also been active in the IEEE for 14 years as the IEEE Southeastern Contest Coordinator during the 1981 SoutheastCon convention held in Huntsville and since 1993 as the IEEE Student Activities chairman.
Wayne has been married to Kim L. Wolf
(housewife) for 17 years and has no children.
His hobbies and interests include chess, roller-skating, computers,
robotics, and reading.
