CALENDAR OF EVENTS

Control Society Meeting

The CSS is planning to have a meeting at the end of February, showcasing the NASA robotic hand, used with "Robonaut."  The date and time of the meeting is not finalized as of this writing.  We have received a tentative acceptance from Dr. Bill Bluthman (NASA JSC, contractor).  We will forward an e-mail notification once the meeting time and date is finalized.

UAH-IEEE SB February Activities

The UAH IEEE Student Branch will have the following activities during the month of February:

• Feb. 3 Wed at 7pm UAH-IEEE SB cheers for UAH Chargers at the VBC
• Feb. 5 Mon at 5:30 pm IEEE SB Ex-Com meeting at EB Student Lounge
• Feb. 9 Fri at 12 noon (tentative date) Speaker from Unmanned Ground Vehicle
• Feb. 13 Tues at 7pm UAH-IEEE SB General Body Meeting (EB classroom to be announced)
• Feb. 20 Tues at 12 noon (tentative) Speaker: Lisa Williams, President & Founder of 3D Research Dynamic speaker to participate with UAH-IEEE SB in commemoration of 50^th Anniversary of E-Week and debut of “Introduce a Girl to Engineering.”  Ms. Williams will speak about engineering profession & business in a globally astute world.  Meeting is open to all interested members and non-members
